The challenge:
Artiven Technology needed two connected products at once: a marketplace that matches job seekers with employers, and a learning platform that gets candidates job-ready before they're matched. They weren't sure whether to build both together, build one first, or bring in outside engineers to hit their timeline.
What Quilence did:
Our consultancy team helped Artiven settle that first question: build both from day one, on one shared data layer, instead of launching them separately and stitching them together later.
From there, our talent matching arm placed the specialist engineers Artiven needed to hit its timeline, and our Technology Solutions team led the build itself, designing and shipping the job-matching marketplace and its companion learning management system so a candidate's progress on the learning platform feeds directly into how they're matched on the marketplace.
The result:
